Hello I've been a member of the Towson unit for years now I would not trade for any other units

I love this office it's very clean and soothing and the staff is outstanding and very polite and nice and understandable I wout recommend this mat clinic to anyone that needs help because they are very helpful

The staff is amazing! Very friendly and personable. They don’t treat you like a junkie, but like a human being. The doctors are great as well. Wait times are never bad, and I’ve never had a negative experience there. Absolutely love it.

I'm grateful they are here to help. Statistics show over 50% of the country knows someone related to them who suffers with an illness of this nature. If you're looking to help them or yourself, don't wait call them. I'm not sure if they updated there phone system to voip or some other non landline service lately but a lot of my calls are dropping

These people literally saved my life I have never met kinder dedicated professionals anywhere doing anything I would recommend to anyone trying to come in out of the cold

I have been a patient at the Towson location for over a year now. All of the staff is wonderful, and I recommend MATClinics, especially this location, to anyone I encounter with need for help. They ALL have the knowledge and have truly good intentions, both that are really necessary in this field (but that can be hard to find sometimes somewhere else) The phone is always answered quickly if I have to call, I’m never on hold for any more than 5 minutes TOPS. They’re always flexible about scheduling, and the hours are convenient. They all adapt to my needs in any situation and are understanding and NONJUDGEMENTAL. Shout outs to everybody, but seriously gigantically huge shout outs today to case managers Kye and Lindsey for repeatedly helping me figure out solutions to all of my curveballs recently. They’re just so great, just make an appointment so you can meet them too and they will help you just like they’re helping me. You can definitely do it if I can do it, but WE can only do it one day at a time 💗

I would like to say that I love this office they have really helped me everyone is so nice and kind it's very fast there you don't have a way as soon as you sit down you're seeing I used to go to the Dundalk location now and they're very very slow sometimes you're in there for hours so I don't recommend that location but Towson is wonderful everyone who works at the Towson location is so understanding and nice and helpful no matter what we came in for whether it was being addicted to medication that was prescribed or buying something on the street or doing illegal street drugs whatever we are all addicts and no matter what we came there for we're all treated kindly never looked down upon if you're going through something and need extra help they're more than welcome to help you even if it's at somewhere else that they need to prefer you to they rather you can help than not get it

I have been attending the Towson office for some time now and I have zero complaints! Dont think theyve ever pissed me off and thats saying something! The employees from receptionist to Drs everyone has been amazing! 5 STARS

Everytime i go in the lady’s at the front office are so nice and genuine they make me feel like they truly care about me not just as a patient as a person and it keeps me motivated to want to come to my appointment every month and I look forward to it every month I told them I’ll be bringing them flowers on my next visit just to show my appreciation

I have been going to matclinic for several years now and I honestly have never been treated so well from the front office to the back the doctors thus far has been absolutely amazing my first time in my life and out of most if not all the other places similar to thus office can come pair and I'm grateful.

The Towson office is one of the best treatment clinics I've ever been apart of ...they make you feel like family. The females there are awesome and very supportive.. Lindsey is always on point...

Great staff and Providers at the Towson Location. Always very friendly, willing to help you and get you in and out in a timely manner. One of the few Doctors appointments I enjoy going to every month.

This office is literally the best group of people I have ever worked with! They really care about you as an individual and they are very supportive, patient and understanding. There’s no judgment and absolutely no issues when it comes to being a person of color, working with this office. They treat you with respect and they treat you like family. Lindsey is the best!
